Purchase and use credits for AI requests

3. Credits and Payments
   Credit System: Credits are used for AI requests when using DeepAgent (our built-in AI)
   Credits do not expire
   BYOK requests do not consume credits

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
Monthly credits are added at the start of each billing period
You may cancel your subscription at any time
No refunds for partial billing periods

Refund Policy

Credits and subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe there has been an error, please contact support.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of AIDAAS.NL code and generative online platforms, you agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Keep your account credentials secure
Not share your account with others
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
Not use the Service to generate malicious code or content
Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service

AI-Generated Content: Code generated by AI may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or be unsuitable for production use. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code.

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDAAS.NL code and generative online platforms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
